Maintenance Assistant-Entry Level Handyperson

Position Overview:
Basic experience-Lawn Care: Mowing and Snow Removal
Basic experience-Plumbing and Electrical Repairs
Basic experience-Painting
General knowledge-Heating/Boiler and A/C Maintenance
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required
2 years or more of related experience with proven success required
Valid WI driver's license and an acceptable driving record required
Pass: background check(s), drug screening, and physical
Computer skills a plus
Ability to bend, twist, reach, lift, walk, stand, squat, climb, push, pull, kneel, climb ladders, lifting/reach overhead, and climb into small crawl places-such as attics, etc. Ability to to push, pull, and/or lift unassisted, up to 75-80 pounds frequently and up to 90 pounds occasionally assisted by one other person, up to 150 pounds assisted by two or more persons and/or mechanical devices, up to 300 pounds or more.
Position Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm and every 4th Weekend
Pay/
Benefits:
$14.00 - $14.50/Hour

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
