Director of Foundry Support

Our client is a foundry operation and they need a Lead Supervisor (company's title is Director) who will oversee the planning and implementation all foundry support operations, including Blast, Saws, and Heat Treat. The plant is commutable to both Madison and Milwaukee and is near Oconomowoc. Advancement opportunity exists for a person who proves himself.

Requirements:
BS Metallurgical engineering
2+ years heat treating experience
Superior knowledge of foundry safety and operations
Good problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
Good computer skills are needed

Duties:
Directly responsible for planning, coaching, oversight and documentation of all activities in the foundry support areas including but not limited to: inventory, production, staffing, training, safety, quality, employee relations and communications.
Responsible to work with Plant Engineering to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of heat treat furnaces and scheduling/execution of furnace surveys.
Work with Production Control to develop and implement production schedules for blast, saws, and heat treat.
Enforcement of departmental instructions, work instructions, and adherence to routings
May perform shipping and inventory operations as directed by Production Superintendent.
Oversee the upkeep of all equipment within departments of responsibility - both cleanliness and proper operation.
Serve as resource to foundry support personnel and as an advocate to upper management in the area needs assessment for smooth operation of foundry.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement Plan by actively participating on appropriate teams.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
