Job Description:
Bubbles Foam Farm, The Premier Family Friendly Car Wash in Oconomowoc Wisconsin is looking for a high energetic person to join the family! We are currently hiring a Part-Time Attendant.
Great for someone who is semi-retired, part-time stay at home parent, or as a 2nd job! Flexible hours, work a couple days a week! Responsibilities:
Directing cars through the wash while ensuring the safety of all cars, customers, and fellow employees.
Greet customers with a smile and ask how they can help.
Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services to them; take and process wash payments and help with Promo Codes when needed.
Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area.
Perform daily duties including but not limited to cleaning of facilities, washing of towels, and ensuring everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized.
Apply water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, and grease gun.
Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung.
With a sense of urgency, ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, home office, and fellow teammates.
Qualifications:
A drive to succeed, self-motivated.
Ability to work efficiently and in all weather conditions.
Ability to interact with customers, other teammates and supervisors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Ability to lift items of moderate weight and stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work swiftly to deliver washed vehicles to customers in a timely manner.
Ability to interact ethically with fellow employees, customers and supervisors.
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills A simple knowledge of cars and their parts, tools and other equipment Our Culture:
