Faith Factory, a mental health, recovery, and well-being gift shop, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Customer Service Associate.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
We are located inside Rogers Behavioral Health Hospital.
Responsibilities:
Accurately inputting inventory data into the database.
Maintaining and updating records with precision and attention to detail.
Performing regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service via in-person interactions.
Addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assisting customers with product information, and purchases.
Collaborating with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Administrative Support:
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
Supporting other employees with various tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Product Knowledge:
Developing a comprehensive understanding of the products offered by Faith Factory, including their benefits and uses.
Providing recommendations and guidance to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or data entry is a plus.
Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge or interest in mental health, addiction, and well-being topics is a bonus.
