Duties and
Responsibilities:
Support to the HR Manager Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation.
Understand company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to assist employees.
Assist HR Manager with benefits.
Review and approve timecards daily.
Update attendance logs weekly Update hours on production schedule and get weekly hours for Management.
Review applicants and schedule in-person interviews for the manufacturing department.
Conduct phone interviews.
Run background checks.
Schedule drug screens.
Assist with scheduling safety training.
Scanning o Filing Organizing all documentation Provide team support as needed in the office.
Other tasks as needed.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able and willing to travel to our manufacturing plant in Marshfield, WI a couple times a month.
High level of confidentiality due to the nature of the role.
Self-starter, results oriented.
Fast learner Ability to multi-task.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude!! Education Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent Proficient computer skills and knowledge of various computer software programs.
