Service Advisor Duties/
Responsibilities:
Greet, develop rapport, and communicate with customers face-to-face and on the phone Obtain customer and vehicle information Facilitate communication with customers, including drop-off, updates, and check-out Determine and recommend appropriate services in a customer-focused approach Prepare a complete and accurate estimate cost for labor and parts Work alongside Managers to complete sales and daily tasks Work with current technology to assist with communication and workflow Service Advisor Requirements:
Enjoy working with people Positive attitude and good energy Willingness to learn and grow Valid Driver's License with a clean record Maintain a professional image Service Advisor
