Oconomowoc Utilities is currently seeking a dynamic leader for the position of Utility Manager.
Individuals who possess vision, proven leadership, and have extensive electrical and water operations knowledge and experience are encouraged to apply.
The Utility Manager is directly responsible for leading and managing the Utility's Electric, Water, and Fleet Departments.
Oconomowoc Utilities is a member/owner of WPPI Energy.
The Oconomowoc Utility Department has a history of growth and success with an excellent safety record.
Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, engineering, or other related field with a minimum of five years utility experience required.
Utility experience includes considerable knowledge and experience in the maintenance and planning of electrical distribution systems and infrastructure, safety management, utility budget practices, organizational development, personnel management, and equipment management.
Candidate must possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Salary $153,353 to $197,168 depending upon experience with excellent benefits including Wisconsin Retirement System pension.
