The Receptionist reports to the Executive Director.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service when greeting guests and visitors and in handling phone calls and inquiries received.
The Receptionist also coordinates mail in and out of the facility, conducts audits as assigned by department head, sets appointments as assigned by department heads.
The Receptionist assists other departments with minor clerical duties including word processing, data entry, filing, sending and receiving faxes, and other tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities ? Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
? Greets and directs visitors to the company.
? Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
? Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
? Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail.
? Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services ? Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
? Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and data entry Job Type:
Part-time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
