Shorehaven, located on the west side of Oconomowoc, has been a leader in providing Christ-centered care to seniors for over 80 years.
Offering a full continuum of services, positions are currently available in our Memory Care or Frail Elderly CBRF, or in our Life@Home program.
We welcome applicants who bring caring hearts and a customer service focus! Whether you are seeking an occasional status position or a regular schedule with full benefits, there is a position for you! Related experience desirable but we will train.
We also provide the classes needed for CBRF certification.
CBRF - Memory Care or Frail Elderly - Care Companions provide personal care and assistance in a warm, homelike atmosphere.
Monitor vitals, ensure resident safety and report any changes to the nurse.
CBRF training provided.
Must be at least age 18.
Positions vary; part-time positions may lead to full-time! Full-time position available on PM shift (2-10 pm).
Part-time positions available on DAYs (6 am - 2 pm), PMs (2-10 pm) or NOC shift (10 pm - 6 am).
(One to three shifts/week.
) All positions include every other weekend.
Life@Home positions offer the greatest flexibility.
Day and PM hours available, no overnights.
Interact with clients in their homes to provide a wide range of possible services from housekeeping to transportation to med reminders or assist with dressing and/or grooming.
Must be at least age 21 with a valid driver license and good driving record.
Schedules vary and you have the ability to choose your hours; however, we will guarantee two shifts/week and PTO if desired and able to commit to PM hours! Shorehaven's benefit program includes free membership at our on-site Fitness Center with pool and eligibility to participate in the retirement program for all employees; matching company contribution to the retirement plan of up to 5% for eligible employees; a full group insurance program at competitive rates with outstanding coverage is available to employees in positions of at least 30 hrs.
