We're seeking an IT Help Desk Level 1 Superhero who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and solving technical problems with a smile.
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting employees with their IT needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that the employee experience with technology is always positive.
Must-haves Associate's degree or ongoing college level coursework in a computer related field Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Previous Help Desk troubleshooting experience.
The ability to work on-site at our headquarters in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Monday through Friday 8:
00 am to 5:
00 pm.
Nice-to-haves Experience working in a help desk capacity, preferably in the banking industry.
A Day in the Life Provides technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware and phone equipment.
Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention.
Maintains daily performance of computer systems.
Installs, modifies, and repairs computer hardware and software.
Cleans up computers.
Runs diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
