Commercial Lender
A very reputable community bank in Southeastern, Wisconsin, is looking to build onto their lending family. The head of Commercial Lending is seeking a hardworking, dedicated, well-networked experienced Commercial Lender to cover Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties. A competitive compensation package, plus a top tier bonus structure, will be offered to the right candidate.
Responsibilities for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer
- Grow, develop, and manage a strong portfolio
- Will be able to do CRE, C&I, and SBA credits
- Dedicated community involvement
- Networking events
- Local Chambers and other professional organizations
- Increase market presence
- Provide a great customer experience
Qualifications for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer
- 5 years of direct commercial lending experience
- Strong understanding of Credit Analysis and Underwriting
- Experience in generating new business
- Proven record of strong customer assistance
- Preferably a 4-year degree in a related field
